We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist for a temporary assignment in a highly regarded specialist clinic based in Spring Hill. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team environment while making a real difference to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations

Scheduling appointments and handling referrals

Answering phone and email inquiries with professionalism

Processing Medicare claims and taking payments

Maintaining accurate patient records via practice management software

Supporting clinical staff with general administration tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a medical receptionist

ENT clinic experience is desirable but not essential

Genie software experience is highly sought after

Exceptional communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and professional presentation

Role Details:

Temporary assignment: 1 to 3 months

Monday to Friday, full-time hours

$30–$35 per hour + super (depending on experience)

Immediate start available

Central Spring Hill location – accessible via public transport
