Hub Link Group operates a modern, flexible transport fleet of rigid and prime mover articulated vehicles ensuring quality service to all our customers.
Due to our ever-growing business, we are looking for an experienced Transport Clerk to work out of our Murarrie location.
Required hours would be 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Operations Team, you will be required to perform the following:
Recruitment - Pre screen Seek applicants, telephone interview, organising in person interview for Operations team
Onboarding successful applicants
Assist filing/debriefing all Worksheets, Vehicle Precheck, DVR, NCR reports
Ensuring all documentation consisting of inductions, licencing requirements for employees are current with support of the National Safety and Compliance team
Adhoc duties as required
In order to be successful in this role you must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
Computer literate (essential)
Experience in excel, word, MS Office and Google Docs
Able to time manage and coordinate efficiently
Previous experience in a large, fast paced working environment i.e. Distribution Centre (advantageous)
Previous Knowledge of Transport and Logistics (advantageous)
Ability to meet deadlines
Be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
