Job Details

Join a Federal Government department as an ICT Systems Maintenance Controller, supporting critical ICT operations in a dynamic and growing environment. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of maintenance processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilites

Oversee and coordinate maintenance control systems, records, and activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain maintenance control systems, records, and documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with unit managers and maintenance teams to plan and deliver support.
• Review technical maintenance plans and manage design or configuration changes.
• Analyse equipment faults, identify trends, and initiate defect investigations.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• At least 5+ years’ experience in systems engineering and maintenance, with ITIL certification desirable.
• Skilled in establishing and managing maintenance support systems, including planning, documentation, and fault analysis.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team development capabilities.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and effective in problem solving and conflict resolution within complex environments.

Due to the nature of the role the candidate must be an Australian Citizen with an NV2 security clearance.
