The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EL1 Senior Systems Analyst to lead the design and delivery of complex ICT solutions across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves architecting and integrating large-scale systems, driving innovation, and guiding technical teams to achieve critical program outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise architectures.
• Lead the design and integration of end-to-end ICT solutions, including gap analysis and closure strategies.
• Oversee a high-performing team, fostering capability development through mentoring and succession planning.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver ICT strategies, manage escalated issues, and meet program milestones.
• Safeguard solution integrity and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Senior Systems Analyst or similar role within large-scale or government environments.
• Expertise in solution design, requirements management, feasibility assessments, and systems integration.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and influence ICT strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Australian Citizenship with a current Baseline Security Clearance.
