Atticus Health is seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our Hardware Lane clinic team on a casual basis, working 1–2 days per week.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the clinic, assisting patients and supporting our healthcare team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service

Managing phone calls, bookings, and enquiries

Processing payments and Medicare claims

Maintaining accurate patient records

Supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the clinic

About You:

Previous experience in reception, medical administration, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, reliable, and able to multitask

Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software

A friendly, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care
