Ironforge Fitness is Australia’s first nightclub fusion gym — a premium fitness space in Blackburn with a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Receptionist to be the face of our front desk, helping members feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

Role Details:

Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: 10–20 hours per week

Shifts Available:

Monday–Friday: 9am–1pm, 1pm–5pm, or 5pm–9pm

Weekends: 10am–2pm (must be available)

Location: Blackburn, VIC

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and visitors with a friendly, professional manner

Handle basic administration (member check-ins, bookings, phone calls, emails)

Use basic computer programs; social media skills a plus

Assist with member retention by building rapport and engaging with the community

Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area

Work confidently without direct supervision

What We’re Looking For:

Good communication skills — approachable and positive personality

Basic admin and general computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Confidence in handling member queries and providing great customer service

Social media knowledge (bonus but not essential)

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Must be available for weekend shifts
