Known for their exceptional team culture, industry-leading training, and outstanding reputation, they’re now looking for a confident, driven Junior Property Manager / Admin & Lead Generator to join their dynamic team.

This is an entry-level role – no experience necessary – just bring the right attitude, energy, and a passion for real estate!

About the Role

This is a dual-position that blends admin support with lead generation – giving you a solid foundation in both property management and business development.

Your day-to-day will include:

Property Management Support:

Assisting with leasing, inspections, and tenant communication

Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs

Preparing lease agreements and documentation

General office support and admin for the PM team

Lead Generation & New Business:

Calling property owners and investors (warm + cold leads)

Booking appraisals and nurturing landlord relationships

CRM updates, lead tracking, and database management

Supporting marketing and prospecting campaigns

You'll be fully supported by experienced industry professionals and offered genuine opportunities to grow into Property Management, Business Development, or Leasing roles.

Who We're Looking For

Confident and well-spokenHighly organised with a strong attention to detail

Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Comfortable on the phone and loves connecting with people

Holds a valid Driver’s Licence and has access to a reliable vehicle

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Agent’s Representative Certificate

No real estate experience required – this is a true entry-level opportunity!
