This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our team, supporting matters in Family Law and Conveyancing. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice through high-level administrative and client service support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support

Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency

Manage client communications and appointments

Maintain and update files using LEAP Legal Software

Assist with billing and document management

Liaise with courts and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary

Proficiency in LEAP Legal Software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional presentation and a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Genuine interest in the legal profession and a willingness to grow
