About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer to provide high-level project support across a portfolio of ICT initiatives with one of Emanate Technologies State Government clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and enjoys enabling project success through strong administration, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the delivery of complex ICT projects by managing documentation, registers, plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinating project information using tools such as SharePoint, Enterprise Project Online, and the department’s eDRMS.
• Monitoring budgets, preparing financial reports, and managing procurement activities including purchase orders and goods receipting via SAP.
• Drafting project reports, spreadsheets, and planning documentation using a range of software tools.
• Organising and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums, including minute-taking and action tracking.
• Providing secretariat support to project boards, including agenda preparation and decision tracking.
• Managing project inbox and ensuring timely dissemination of information.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes.

What you need to bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Officer supporting ICT-enabled projects in a complex environment.
• Strong skills in project administration, financial management, and the use of project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Experience with SAP, Content Manager, and Enterprise Project Online.
• Understanding of Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience working within Government and/or ICT infrastructure disciplines.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
