Join one of the largest bathroom product retailers in Sydney as a customer-centric retail consultant in their South Sydney showroom. This brand takes pride in their approach to customer service, boasting two large showrooms which attract a growing number of repeat clients.

This full-time role is showroom based, and the successful candidate will have experience working in a sales/showroom environment preferably within the bathroom or A&D industry.

Key responsibilities

Meet & greet customers that come into the showroom providing a professional sales experience

Service inbound and outbound customer service calls

Establish and maintain successful customer and client relationships

Strive for amazing outcomes for customers with your extensive product knowledge and creative flair delivering the best possible experience

Skills and Experience

Sales experience, preferably within the Bathroom or A&D sector

A genuinely helpful person who goes above and beyond to assist customers

A professional, friendly demeanor and appearance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritise and organise effectively with excellent time management skills

A strong work ethic and proactive attitude

Ability to work with a flexible roster which will include weekends
