About the role

Staffpower is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our client's dynamic team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.

This is a casual role: Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, plus the opportunity to do shift covers with working hours from 7.30am - 3.30pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email and chat

Greeting customers

Adhere to site policies and procedures

Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in the database

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly and professional attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
