About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Officers to join a busy call center team based in Blacktown. This role involves working with a leading gas company, handling inbound calls related to commercial and residential client deliveries and billing enquiries.

You'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service while accurately logging information and supporting clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls in a fast-paced call centre environment

Handle delivery and billing requests from commercial and residential customers

Log client information accurately into internal systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders

Maintain attention to detail while managing a high volume of enquiries

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar customer service or administrative role

Strong communication skills and confident phone manner

Friendly, polite, and approachable attitude

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure

Own transport required

Experience in the utilities or similar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
