About the role
Our client is currently seeking 10x Customer Service Officers to join their rapidly expanding team in Horsley Park. The hours for these vacancies will be either 10am-6pm OR 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday, no weekends! These are temporary opportunities with a possibility to go permanent

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be required to deliver end-to-end professional customer service over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities

• Answering email and phone inquiries promptly
• Utilising Salesforce to manage cases and email queries from clients and customers
• Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool
• Tracking and tracing deliveries
• Updating clients on delivery performance, consignments, and tracking reports
• Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space

About you
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and experience working within a team environment. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and be willing to give it your 100%!

Requirements

• Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or transport role
• Experience using MS Office applications, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to commit to a 12pm - 8pm shift
• Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport.
