What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and support business growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for boutique homes.

Lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels – digital, print, social, and events.

Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, videos, 3D renders, and social media content.

Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, and paid ads with performance tracking.

Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and designers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.

Plan and manage display home launches, open days, and community engagement events.

Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and culturally diverse clients, particularlywithin the Indian market.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in construction, property development, or real estate.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.

Proven ability to plan and deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
