What You Will Do:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with small businesses in both Australia and China, showcasing MYW’s customized freight solutions, bilingual support, and deep expertise in navigating the customs processes of both countries.
Promote MYW’s integrated offerings—including our in-house fleet, quarantine bonded warehouse, and handling expertise—through tailored content across digital platforms, trade publications, and other client-facing channels.
Collaborate closely with leadership team to shape MYW’s brand narrative as a flexible, dependable logistics partner bridging the Australia–China trade corridor.
Research competitor activities and the relevant changes in import/export regulations to identify marketing strategies and emerging service needs in cross-border logistics.
Leverage customer data and freight movement patterns to refine campaign targeting and messaging, ensuring relevance across diverse business profiles and industries.
Produce and localize content (in English and Chinese where appropriate) for use in social media, presentations, case studies, and B2B events.
Work with logistics and sales teams to develop service-focused marketing that drives lead generation and conversion, particularly for bonded warehousing and high-compliance freight handling.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness, using insights to continuously optimize marketing spend and strategy.
What You Should Have:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within logistics, import/export, or international trade sectors.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing tools and channels.
Demonstrated experience in consumer insights, campaign coordination, and brand development.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
Ability to work across time zones and cultures with a high degree of initiative and independence.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C dynamics, particularly in cross-border freight and supply chain services.
