Key Responsibilities

 Advertising Strategy & Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing and

advertising strategies to support sales goals, targeting the right audiences and

promoting our product range effectively.

 Strategic Consultation: Provide expert marketing guidance to management, helping

drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and foot traffic both online and in-store.

 Campaign Coordination: Oversee end-to-end campaign development — from

concept and copywriting to artwork, media scripting, and placement — ensuring

delivery within time and budget constraints.

 Consumer Behavior & Data Analysis: Analyze market and consumer data to

understand customer preferences and guide campaign refinement.

 Trend Forecasting & Opportunity Identification: Monitor flooring and home

improvement trends to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive

edge.

 Market Research & Product Positioning: Conduct research to understand market

demands and help position products effectively based on consumer needs and

competitor offerings.

 Business Growth Support: Contribute to business development by creating and

implementing marketing programs that drive growth and brand awareness.

 Marketing Channel Strategy: Advise on marketing mix strategies, including product

positioning, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.

Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field

 Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or communications

 Proven experience creating campaigns that increase engagement and revenue

 Strong analytical skills to interpret data and consumer trends

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
