Are you a confident content creator who loves being behind and in front of the camera? Do you enjoy writing content and blogs, using SEO and analytical insights to drive leads and engagement? We’re on the lookout for a creative Marketing & Content Specialist with a sales mindset to join a tight-knit team based in the heart of Cranbourne.

This role blends social media, content creation, campaign strategy and lead generation, with the goal of growing brand visibility and bringing in new clients.
You’ll be working with a small, collaborative business that designs and builds beautiful, functional fit-outs for commercial spaces where design truly makes a difference.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads
• Create short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — you’ll be on camera!
• Manage social calendars and craft engaging digital content
• Write SEO-friendly blogs and copy that drives engagement
• Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights
• Support sales: qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up
• Keep CRM and project pipelines accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, content or lead generation
• Confident and comfortable being featured in video content
• Excellent communication skills; personable, professional and proactive
• Hands-on with social media, content tools, and CRM systems
• Full Australian working rights (PR or citizen)
• Happy to work full-time from the Cranbourne office (onsite parking)
