Primary Purpose of the Position
The Customer Operations Support Officer serves as the first point of contact for all sales enquiries related to our outstanding product range. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, carrying out purchasing activities, maintaining optimal stock levels, and coordinating production schedules to ensure timely dispatch via freight services.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across the full product range, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Accurately maintain records using a range of systems and tools including OneDrive, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Excel.
- Provide proactive support through initial customer engagement and after-sales follow-up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of enquiries.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of stock and consumables to support production and service delivery.
- Coordinate the ordering of parts and materials in line with operational needs.
- Process purchase orders using Xero, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement procedures.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, supporting timely financial transactions.
- Assist in the development and execution of production schedules, working closely with relevant team members to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with freight providers to coordinate the efficient dispatch of goods and manage logistics schedules.
- Maintain and update the Wrike work management platform to support workflow transparency and team collaboration.
- Coordinate and process customer sales requests, service quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-up in a timely and accurate manner.
Work hours are 8.00 am to 4.15 Monday to Thursday, and 8.00 am to 3.45 pm on Fridays.
Desirable Criteria
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills
- Previous CRM (Nutshell) and Work Management System (Wrike) highly regarded
- Fantastic customer service and sales experience
- Ability to work well as part of a team
