CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are a national distributor in the health and wellness industry with a position available to join our administration team at head office in Mullumbimby.

The key duties include but are not limited to:

Data entry

Customer service

Sales reporting

Key account product and promotional support

Stock and inventory invoicing and systems management

Office management support

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel a necessity.

Experience in MYOB AccountRight or similar accounting applications an advantage but not necessary, as training will be provided.

Customer service focus.

Highly developed communication and relationship building skills.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Well-developed inter-personal skills.

Solid organisational, problem solving and time management skills.

Effective verbal, written, presentation and listening communications skills.

Previous experience/exposure to a sales environment, particularly in organic health food, natural skincare and supplement markets an advantage.

Willingness to learn and develop with prospects for advancement within the organisation.
