Outline of the role:
Superior Paper is seeking an ethusiastic individual that will take on the roll of everyday office responsabilities including customer order processing/service on a fulltime basis 38hr/week. The right candidate must be willing to learning about our business and products and is able to perfrom and communicate well with customers.
Skills/Tasks:
General everyday computer skills e.g invoicing, quoting, processing orders, data entry, purchase orders
Basic knowledge of myob and Xero is an advantage
Use of office 365 e.g outlook, word, excel
Logistic booking etc.
Good communication skills e.g responding to customer emails and phone calls
Providing customer service
Organizing Files
Good organisation e.g ordering of office/factory consumables
Being able to effecitvley work as part of team under pressure
Punctual
