Role: Customer Support Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 38 hours)
Location: Penrith NSW
Hybrid working arrangement available
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment?
We’re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team in the metering industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across inbound and outbound customer communications, coordinating appointments, and being a key point of contact between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by following scripts and procedures
- Coordinate work depending on the location of a technician
- Liaise with team manager
- Work with internal and external teams to resolve scheduling challenges
- Ensure KPIs and compliance of Metering Provider is met
You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a call centre or customer-facing role (utilities or metering experience a bonus!)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
- The ability to work in a dynamic and supportive team
- Strong Computer Literacy
- Familiar with Scheduling Software
