Launch Tech Australia is a leading national importer and distributor of automotive service equipment, specialising in diagnostic scan tools, vehicle hoists, tyre service equipment, and more. Based in Minchinbury, NSW, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to clients across Australia and NZ.
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts/Administration Clerk to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both administrative and accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, monthly reporting, and budgeting
Support the preparation and submission of BAS documentation
Generate customer statements and manage debt collection
Check and submit sales invoices through customer portals as required
Provide administrative support to the operations and sales teams
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and manage office and stock inventory to ensure product availability
Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve account-related queries
Maintain accurate records for accountants and assist with BAS submissions
Perform general operational and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in QuickBooks or MYOB (essential)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
High attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
Solid understanding of general accounting and office procedures
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
