The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience in Office Admin roles and/or an understanding of Customer Service processes.

Duties
Be our main point of contact for our Sales Team and our Customers, via email and Slack
Be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries by phone.
Manage, update and prepare weekly reports to support key stakeholders in the business.
Support the sales team with completing product submission forms and keeping our master database current.
Work closely with the warehouse teams to resolve Customer Service issues
All other admin and support tasks as assigned.
Key Skills and Attributes
You have strong and clear English language skills both verbally and in writing emails/communications
You have previous experience in an office role
An absolute eagle eye attention to detail
You like investigating and solving problems
You can follow clear processes, and suggest improvements to the team
A strong understand of excel and cloud-based technology platforms (generally comfortable with technology)
You can time manage and have the ability to prioritise
You can communicate well and are able to ask for help
You work well as part of a team
You can handle pressure and fast paced environments.
