ToniMay is a bohemian inspired Australia jewellery label based in Paddington, Sydney. We create jewels to be loved and lived in, embodying the spirit of wanderlust and a life well-travelled.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Customer Service Assistant to work in our Paddington office on a casual basis (3 - 4 days p/week). This is the perfect role for someone with a few year’s experience in a similar role or experience working in an ecommerce/retail environment who has a passion for excellent customer service.
The role is a split role with dual responsibilities across both the Customer Service and Ecommerce requirements of our business. This will allow whoever works in this role to gain experience across multiple areas of the ToniMay business operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily management of customer service enquiries via email for our online ecom business
Ensuring customers have a positive experience with the brand and enquiries are dealt with in a positive, timely and proficient manner
Daily management of customer returns/repairs and servicing
Working with fulfilment and in-store teams to ensure orders are accurately fulfilled
Ensuring customer details, orders, returns/repairs are accurately recorded and upto date
Support the Customer Service Manager with all requirements
Reporting to management regarding customer service enquiries and issues
Collaborate with management and other staff to ensure business goals and objectives are met
Utilise Shopify and Inventory software to ensure order notes and customer details are kept upto date
Required Skills & Experience:
You have a positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality
You are a team player and love working with and supporting other team members
You ideally have a minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
You have exceptional customer service and communication skills
You have great attention to detail and strive for accuracy
You have experience working in fashion or accessories (jewellery)
You are happy to work independently and are self-motivated
You have experience using POS systems and are fluent in excel and office (Shopify experience is ideal)
You have full Australian working rights
You have full availability Monday to Wednesday at a minimum
