Earning Potential: $60K base plus super and commission (OTE shared in interviews)

About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects who are looking to build wealth through property. Your goal is to qualify prospects through triage and outbound calls, and set high-quality appointments for the Closer. You’ll:
Manage inbound leads from paid ads and outbound contacts from the database
Conduct short discovery calls to assess fit, basic serviceability and readiness
Use HighLevel (GHL) CRM to manage follow-ups and appointments
Maintain a high volume of outreach with a personal, relationship-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
Experience in appointment setting, phone-based sales OR have completed high ticket sales training
Driven, proactive, and committed to personal growth
Availability for full time hours, ideally some afternoons and evenings
A passion for property investment, past experience in property is an added bonus
Strong phone skills and ability to qualify prospects effectively
CRM experience preferred, especially HighLevel
