We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Appointment Setter to join our high-performance, results-focused team. If you’ve got strong people skills, a competitive edge, and the discipline to follow proven systems, this role is for you.
What’s on Offer
$65K base salary + uncapped commission (Full Time OTE $100K+)
100% remote — work anywhere in Australia, flexing around Aussie time zones

Access to the course content and strategies Sam Gordon used to build his 100+ property portfolio
Your Role
Book 3–5 qualified property game plan calls per day with our closing team (warm leads only — no cold calling)
Engage inbound leads from social media, webinars, paid marketing, and events
Nurture relationships via phone, SMS, email, and follow-up in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Work closely with your closer to optimise conversions
Consistently hit key performance targets — booking volume, show-rate, and set-to-close ratios
What a Successful Week Looks Like
Book 15–25 qualified appointments with our closing team
Maintain a show rate of 65%+ for booked calls
Keep CRM notes and follow-ups up to date for 100% of your leads
Consistently follow the proven scripts and systems that drive results
Collaborate with your closer at least twice a week to optimise conversions
End the week with all leads contacted — no one left hanging

Confident on the phone with a natural gift for rapport
Experience in appointment setting, sales, or high-ticket lead gen (preferred, but we hire for culture fit and character)
Resilient, results-focused, and coachable — you thrive under pressure
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning your numbers in GoHighLevel
Aligned with our mission and excited to grow your own property portfolio
