About the Role

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering high-quality customer service through all customer interactions, inbound calls, emails and other customer touchpoints.

You’ll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in customer service, call centre highly desirable

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment

A customer-first mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritise tasks efficiently.
