We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our Bayswater office. This is a newly created role, perfect for someone with a friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys working closely with both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with orders and enquiries

Entering orders accurately into our system

Preparing despatch documentation and arranging freight bookings

Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Learning our product range to confidently support customers and provide solutions

Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance customer experiences

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, approachable manner and genuine interest in helping people

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Willingness to learn and embrace our products and systems

Initiative to offer suggestions for continuous improvement

Previous customer service experience in an office or manufacturing/distribution environment is desirable but not essential
