This role is ideal for someone that wants to build their career with options of different pathways within the business, for example Sales, Technical Support and Product Management to name a few.
Summary of the role:
Serve as the first point of contact for sales enquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient service. Process customer requests and orders whilst working in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Contribute to the success of the business through excellent communication and service.

What we are looking for:
Completion of Higher Secondary School (Year 12 equivalent), Certificate in Business Administration is a bonus.
Administration experience with a customer service focus desirable.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Basic Computer Literary (Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel, Internet), must have demonstrated knowledge.
Our preferred candidate will be personable and well presented, some previous customer service experience is a bonus but more importantly someone with the right attitude to continue to learn and grow within the business.
