About the Full Time position

Are you a confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Distribution Network Supervisor to join our team.

In this key role, you’ll be the vital link between IVE Distribution and our national field network — ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client marketing collateral. You’ll manage Area Representatives, lead audits, support recruitment, and champion continuous improvement across the network.

What you’ll be doing:

Administrative support monitoring and maintaining our Field network of contracted Distributors.

Fielding calls and emails to recruit and manage distributors for our distribution network

Liaise with couriers/transport contacts.

Identify network growth opportunities and support contractor recruitment

Conduct audits and provide data-driven recommendations

Monitor performance, coach others, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Drive improvement initiatives across the distribution network

Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
