Join a progressive, tech-savvy accounting firm based in Parramatta that services a diverse client base including family groups, high-net-worth individuals, SMSFs, SMEs, international entities, and large consolidated groups across various industries.

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for a Senior Accountant or Supervisor to join their Business Services team. You'll work closely with a portfolio of private clients with turnovers up to $80M, delivering both compliance and strategic advisory solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare BAS, IAS, and FBT returns

Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

Conduct CGT calculations, depreciation adjustments, and identify Division 7A issues

Manage compliance obligations including land tax, workers compensation, and ASIC filings

Provide tax and business advisory support on structuring, FBT, GST, Div7A, and small business concessions

Analyse financials and budgets, offering insights to improve client performance

Mentor, delegate to, and review work completed by junior team members

Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 4 years’ local experience in public practice accounting

CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)

Strong technical knowledge across compliance and advisory

Excellent communication and client management skills

Ability to lead, delegate, and review work effectively

Commercial mindset and attention to detail
