The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant or Supervisor looking for a fresh environment and a clearly defined career pathway. This is a key appointment within the firm—your expertise will directly contribute to their continued success and growth.

You’ll be taking over an existing client base and leveraging your strong background in Business Services and Advisory to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare complex tax returns and financial statements for high-value client groups

Advise on a range of tax matters including CGT, FBT, and Div 7A

Deliver strategic tax planning and business advisory services

Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients while fostering strong relationships

Mentor, train, and delegate tasks to junior accountants

Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients

Oversee team workflows and review deliverables for quality and accuracy

Requirements

CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

4+ years’ experience in public practice

Demonstrated experience training or supervising junior accountants

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
