The Role

As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to deliver consistently high-standard results across offices, retail stores and schools. Your role will include:

Coordinating daily cleaning operations across multiple sites

Conducting regular quality inspections and ensuring checklists are followed

Training and mentoring cleaners to meet company standards

Communicating with clients and management to resolve issues quickly

Managing rosters, shift coverage and site readiness

Providing hands-on cleaning when needed to maintain service quality

Expect a mix of site visits, team leadership and practical cleaning work – every day will be different, and your team will rely on you for direction and support.

About You

You live and breathe a growth mindset – eager to learn and open to feedback

Reliable, organised and committed to delivering quality results

Confident communicator in English, both written and verbal

Experience supervising cleaning teams or in a leadership role (preferred but not essential)

Current driver licence and your own vehicle

Comfortable using technology for scheduling, reporting and communication
