Position Overview
The Support Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support across the organisation, covering operations, client relations, and administrative functions. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the business, effective communication with clients, and coordination of internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow optimisation
Monitor and support service delivery, ensuring operational standards are met
Client Support
Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and service requests
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues
Support business development activities by providing administrative and service-related assistance
Administrative Support
Manage office administration including documentation, reporting, and correspondence
Assist Directors and Managers with administrative tasks, meetings, and project coordination
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth handover of tasks and responsibilities
Support internal communication between operations, client service teams, and management
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in operations, administration, or client service support
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business management software
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Director
Works closely with client service teams and administrative staff
