About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Support Manager to join us in this meaningful role. As the Medical Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic and high-level administrative support to the Director of Medical Services across clinical governance, quality, and medicolegal matters
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate senior medical staff recruitment, reporting, and service improvements across the cluster.
- Preparation of complex reports, management of confidential correspondence, and supporting committees, projects, and initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be comfortable managing complex, changing and competing deadlines on a regular basis
- Demonstrate high level communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience providing Executive Level support and always ensuring confidentiality and discretion
