Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take ownership of a growing team in a fast paced, food industry environment? We are seeking a hands on Warehouse Supervisor to join a national business in Derrimut supplying fresh produce across Australia.

This is a newly created position due to growth, offering you the chance to put your stamp on the role while leading a team through both steady operations and seasonal peaks.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating day to day warehouse operations including receival, order packing, and despatch.
• Leading a team of 20+ staff (expanding up to 50 during peak season).
• Allocating workloads and ensuring contract labour is booked and managed effectively.
• Maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and food handling standards.
• Driving efficiency while upholding a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front and keep a busy warehouse running smoothly. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or food/FMCG environment.
• Strong organisational and people leadership skills.
• A current forklift licence.
• Good computer skills (Excel, WMS exposure an advantage).
• A proactive, solutions focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
