About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Site Manager to join our ever-growing team. This is a full-time gig based out of our Dandenong South office, but you’ll be hitting the road across Victoria — from the eastern suburbs to Gippsland, Bass Coast, and the Mornington Peninsula.

It’s a fast-paced, high-energy role that calls for top-notch organization, strong communication, and an eagle eye for detail. You’ll be juggling multiple projects, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything runs smoother than a fresh render coat.

What You’ll Be Doing

Orchestrating subcontractors and trades like a maestro.

Teaming up with our estimators to make sure materials land on site, right on time.

Running multiple projects without breaking a sweat — planning, scheduling, and coordinating across sites.

Keeping the lines open with clients, contractors, and the crew.

Checking quality daily and making sure the work meets (or beats) the standard.

Managing OH&S risks like a pro — safety first, always.

Staying one step ahead to prevent hiccups (and fixing them fast if they pop up).

Balancing multiple hats and rolling with whatever the day throws at you.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in rendering, plastering, or carpentry.

Sharp organizational and communication skills.

A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure.

Strong knowledge of OH&S and compliance requirements.
