Purpose of the Position

Ausnutria Australia Pty Ltd owns to manufacturing sites Australian Dairy Park (ADP) and Nutritional Care Pharmaceutical (NCP). ADP is a global infant and adult formula manufacturing business manufacturing formulated milk powders for infants, toddlers and adults. NCP is a TGA licensed and certified adult health foods manufacturer.

As Under the direct supervision of the Manufacturing Manager. You will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to work in different projects. All work will be done in compliance with safety rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly implement automated systems.

· Documenting work, maintaining records, and generating reports for progress and system performance.

· Monitoring machinery efficiency and providing advice to maintenance technicians.

· Designing, developing, and integrating automated systems for improved efficiency, productivity, and quality.

· Contributing to facility and equipment project and capital modifications.

· Conducting testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications.

· Responding to technical requests and providing assistance to production and reliability teams.

· Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting.

· Continuously monitoring and optimizing system performance for enhanced operations.

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards in automation processes.

· Providing maintenance, support, and training for ongoing system operation.

· Supervising operation and maintenance of power cabinets and industrial plants.

Education and Experience

· Degree (or similar) in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

· Relevant work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

· Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical work

· Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and automation software

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

· Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards

· Experience in project management and troubleshooting automation issues

· Knowledge of data analysis and quality control methodologies
