An opportunity for an assistant house supervisor to join our amazing team in North Metro!

About the role:

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

We’re looking for a House Supervisor who’s passionate about creating a safe, stable, and supportive environment for young people living in out-of-home care. In this vital role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Residential Care Workers, helping shape a positive day-to-day experience for the young people in our care.

This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to be a consistent, trusted adult in the lives of young people who need it most.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support, guide and coordinate a team of dedicated Residential Care Workers.
  • Ensure that each young person in the home feels safe, respected, and empowered.
  • Uphold and model trauma-informed and person-centred care in every aspect of the home.

Where You’ll Work:

You’ll be based in one of our residential homes, part of our Out of Home Care Program, reporting to the House Supervisor or the Coordinator in their absence. These homes are more than just a place to live — they’re a foundation for young people to grow, heal and thrive.

Why You?

You're a calm, compassionate leader who believes every young person deserves safety, respect and a chance to build their future. You’re organised, empathetic and can bring structure and warmth into a shared living space.
