Elleisha’s Property Services & Supports is a local independently owned and operated company offering a wide range of property maintenance/cleaning and support services for residential and business clients throughout the Newcastle Area.
We are looking for an Administration officer to join us on a 4-day capacity, ideal position for a traineeship or new to the industry.
Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient support and coordination of all clients of Elleisha's Property Services & Supports as well as supporting our leadership team.
Job responsibilities:
Reception duties and attending to client and public enquiries.
Customer service.
Managing high demand of work request with fast and effective turnaround times.
Ensure client’s services are delivered in accordance with their service agreement by working closely with our Leadership Team.
Selection Criteria
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and effective relationships with team members and clients.
IT & computer savvy, with ability to quickly learn new tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
