We are seeking an administrative assistant to assist with relief work for staff on leave. Hours of work may vary, but the successful candidate would be able to work during business hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays). Start date flexible - immediate start available.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support to the office, including but not limited to the Admin team and College management
Reception duties
Data entry
Liaising with student residents and other clients of the College
Other tasks as necessary
The successful candidates will be:
A quick learner
Highly motivated
Good communicator
Able to work with deadlines
Able to follow instructions
Experienced with Microsoft office suite
Supportive of the College's values and Catholic identity
The ideal candidates will possess:
Relevant diploma or other qualification in a related field of study
Work experience in a similar role
Experience with StarRez and/or Xero preferred
Working with Children's Check
Rate of pay is between HEW 3.1 to 4.1 (PACCT staff) - currently $35.29 to $38.45 an hour.
