We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead delivery of a landmark industrial build. This is a transformative project backed by a major national tenant and one of Australia’s fastest-growing developers.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major industrial project with national significance
• Work directly for the developer, influencing outcomes at the highest level
• Manage stakeholders, design, and construction teams to ensure quality, safety, and commercial success
• Drive strategy, governance, and technical leadership across the project lifecycle

About You

• Highly technical background with extensive experience in Tier 1 delivery (construction)
• Both Project Directors and Senior Project Managers will be considered
• Proven capability in leading large-scale, technical commercial projects (not necessarily industrial)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
• Ambition to transition into a client-side leadership role and help shape a developer’s growth journey
