We’re searching for an experienced Project Director to lead delivery of a major industrial build, a transformative project backed by a blue-chip tenant and one of Australia’s busiest property developers.

This role offers the rare opportunity to step into a true leadership position across a technically complex, large-scale project. You’ll work with an established in-house team and reputable contractor, guiding delivery from early construction through to completion.

THE ROLE

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of a large-scale industrial development
• Manage contractor interface, drive program, and ensure project milestones
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across development, design, and construction
• Drive procurement, cost control, risk management, and reporting
• Provide clear oversight and strategic input from site setup through to completion

WHAT YOU BRING

• Tier 1 construction or developer background, with major project delivery experience ($200M+)
• Strong understanding of contractor management, procurement, and delivery programs
• At least 15 years’ experience, including senior leadership roles on large projects
• Commercially astute and comfortable driving performance across multiple teams
• Professional, pragmatic approach with a solutions-driven mindset
• Open to candidates from contractor, developer, or consulting backgrounds
