THE ROLE

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through construction
• Own client relationships and contribute to business development
• Drive consultant teams, manage builders, and ensure commercial outcomes
• Represent the business with professionalism and insight
• Mentor junior staff and help shape business direction

YOU

• 10+ years in client-side or consultancy project/development management
• Experience delivering across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
• Strong local knowledge and professional network in Melbourne
• Strategic operator with strong delivery capability
• Trusted communicator and natural leader
