The Role
As a Consultant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading aviation and terminal projects from inception through to delivery. Working closely with Project Directors and senior leadership in a flat, supportive structure, you will manage complex stakeholder groups, ensure program milestones are achieved and deliver projects that enhance how people move, connect and experience world-class infrastructure.

In time, you will also have the chance to mentor junior team members, contribute to bid work and expand your leadership presence in a sector that continues to see growth and investment.

The foundation for success
We are looking for candidates who bring:

• Experience: Proven consultancy project management experience in Australia, ideally including aviation and terminal experience.
• Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in property, engineering, architecture or construction.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen and the ability to deliver in live, operational environments.
• Leadership: A collaborative style with a passion for developing others.
• Attitude: Proactive, resilient and adaptable with the ability to thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving project environments.
