Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong Pronto systems knowledge
  • Proven ability managing end-to-end AP
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounts payable function from invoice processing through to payment
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support month-end processes and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth AP operations
