We're working with a well-regarded ASX-listed business in the resources sector that's known for its down-to-earth culture and long-term stability. They're looking for a capable and hands-on Senior Accounts Payable Officer to take the lead on all things AP and support ongoing process improvements.

A bit about the role:

Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable function

Guide and support a small, experienced AP team

Ensure supplier payments are accurate and on time

Take ownership of reconciliations and reporting

Build and maintain positive supplier relationships

Contribute to month-end close and process improvement initiatives

What they're hoping you'll bring:

Around 4+ years' experience in a busy AP environment

Solid understanding of the end-to-end AP process

Confident experience using Pronto ERP (this is essential)

A good eye for detail and a proactive, team-focused approach
