You’ll handle everything from processing vendor invoices to preparing payment runs, chasing approvals, and building relationships with everyone from project managers to suppliers.

It’s part-time (30 hours a week) and flexible (five days school hours or four days a week) so you can balance work with the rest of your life, without sacrificing challenge or responsibility.

Your Daily Drive

• Process vendor/supplier invoices from the admin inbox daily.
• Check invoices against purchase orders, match to the right project, and distribute for approval/receipting.
• Follow up on unprocessed invoices to keep things moving.
• Sort and prepare payment runs, prioritising anything overdue.
• Manage supplier/vendor queries with a friendly, professional approach.
• Process telephone reimbursements and credit card invoices.

The Kind of Person Who’ll Nail This

• 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume AP role.
• Solid purchase order experience (non-negotiable).
• Comfortable running AP autonomously.
• A people person; you’ll be interacting with just about everyone in the business.
• Bubbly, personable, and process-driven... with a smile even when it’s busy.
