The One Clinic Agency is proud to partner with Beauty Technology in the search for an experienced Territory Manager with a proven background in aesthetic device sales.

Beauty Technology is the exclusive Australian distributor of innovative devices such as the Byonik® Pulse Triggered Laser, Slimyonik® Air Bodystyler, and Aerolase Neo Elite. These technologies are designed to rejuvenate skin at a cellular level, promote lymphatic drainage, and address a wide range of skin concerns with minimal downtime, catering to the busy lifestyles of clients.
The Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth, elevating brand presence, and positioning advanced aesthetic technologies within leading clinics across your territory. You will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of clients in the medical aesthetics space—including dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices, cosmetic physicians, and premium medi-aesthetic businesses. Your focus will be on consultative, insights-led engagement, identifying clinic needs, understanding commercial goals, and delivering tailored device solutions that enhance patient outcomes and boost business performance. To succeed in this role, candidates must have prior experience in medical aesthetic device sales and a strong understanding of laser technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Own & Grow Your Territory: Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and converting aesthetic providers across VIC, SA, and TAS.
Consultative Selling: Align advanced technology solutions with client goals to improve patient outcomes and profitability.
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing—while consistently achieving targets.
Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities using sales tools to ensure accurate sales forecasting. Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clinic owners, doctors, and key decision-makers.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling clinical and commercial presentations and training sessions.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic growth.

About You:
2-3 years of experience in aesthetic medical devices or high-value capital equipment sales is essential.
Proven understanding of laser technologies and their clinical applications in medical aesthetics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior clinic stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Dermal Science, Nursing, or related field (highly regarded).
Self-starter with strong commercial acumen and the drive to own your sales performance.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required.
Please note: This is not an entry-level role. Candidates without aesthetic device sales experience will not be considered.
