About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Project Manager to join our growing signage department – PICHA Projects. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of signage projects for national brands, ensuring seamless execution from client briefing through to installation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident project manager eager to grow within a dynamic business and contribute meaningfully to its evolution.
About you:
The right candidate is a proactive, solutions-focused professional with:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in a related industry
A natural ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
A collaborative mindset and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Signage industry experience is highly desirable, but not essential
Your skills and experience:
Solid project management foundation – able to run multiple medium to large-scale projects from start to finish
Familiarity with production and installation processes, substrates, media, and basic manufacturing techniques
Excellent time management and organisational skills – able to work autonomously under deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Previous experience working with subcontractors and production teams
Understanding of WHS requirements, with experience preparing or reviewing SWMS
Key responsibilities:
Manage and deliver signage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout each project
Coordinate internal and external resources, including suppliers, installers, and production teams
Conduct site surveys and ensure all safety and compliance documentation is completed
Prepare project documentation including timelines, status reports, and budget tracking
Monitor project milestones, manage variations, and proactively resolve issues
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance quality
